No annoying and dangerous contact with steam at the beginning of the baking process.

The safety of Atich professional ovens is also related to the degree of insulation offered by the door and sidewalls. The technologically advanced materials used for the construction of the Atihc ovens guarantee operating temperatures of the side walls below 35 °C (95 °F).
