Atihc is a young company founded by a group of people who have gained significant experience in all business processes (strategic planning, market development, research and development, and production) who want to contribute to the consumer's well-being by making their diet healthier, responding, with their expertise, to the increase in attention to the health aspects of food.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The development of technology and its application to traditional and up-to-date preparations are carried out by the internal research and development team supported by important collaborations with the best Italian universities and professionals in the sector. The collaborations involve professors, researchers, doctors, nutritionists, and chefs who study and define the best methodologies for the application of technologies developed by Atihc’s team. Our cooking laboratory defines, applies, and tests the new frontiers of professional cooking.
TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN
Atihc constantly collaborates with professionals and companies to make cooking systems modern both from an aesthetic and technological point of view. Our long-lasting collaborations are the basis of the design and functionality of cooking systems. The design of our systems was curated by Studio Piva (Vienna) and embraces the concepts of innovation and solidity that distinguish our philosophy.
