Veal in tuna sauce and wholemeal croutons

The veal was cooked up to a core temperature of 58 °C with the Anaerobic Cooking™, left to rest, and strictly cut with a knife. The crispy croutons, baked in the oven, have been obtained from a wholemeal loaf with natural yeast, obtained with our recipes for bakery products capable of maximizing the alveolation of the bread.
